1. Agreement to Terms

By using ST Courier UAE's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ST Courier UAE provides courier, logistics, and shipping services including but not limited to:

  • Local and international shipping
  • Express and priority delivery
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) services
  • E-commerce fulfillment
  • Reverse logistics and returns management

3. Shipping Terms

3.1 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipping:

  • Illegal goods or contraband
  • Dangerous goods (explosives, flammables, etc.)
  • Perishable goods without proper packaging
  • Items prohibited by destination country laws
  • Currency, jewelry, or valuables (unless declared)

3.2 Packaging Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged. ST Courier is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

3.3 Delivery Timeframes

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Liability

4.1 Limitation of Liability

ST Courier's liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable maximum liability limit, whichever is lower.

4.2 Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 30 days of the shipping date. Claims must include proof of value and evidence of damage.

5. Payment Terms

  • All charges must be paid before shipment unless credit terms are agreed
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Additional charges may apply for customs duties, taxes, and special handling

6. Customs and International Shipping

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate customs documentation
  • Paying all applicable customs duties and taxes
  • Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations

8. Termination

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
